Do these programs lead to a diploma or a vocational qualification?

No. These modules are for manufacturers training employees already in post, not for people retraining or seeking a qualification. They deliver an auditable certificate that stands up in inspection, not a professional title or a national certification.

How is this different from the pharma quality hub?

This hub covers the technical move: weighing, formulating, sampling, working in a classified area, qualifying equipment. The pharma quality hub covers the system around those moves: deviations, CAPA, change control. The two are complementary, and most role-based programs combine both.

Are there prerequisites for these modules?

Beginner modules require nothing beyond starting a role in a production environment. Intermediate and advanced modules assume familiarity with GMP and with the site's vocabulary. Each module page states the intended audience.

Can the content be adapted to our own procedures?

The catalog is ready to deploy as is. When a move is specific to your site — a piece of equipment, a recipe, a shop-floor constraint — we produce the module to order, filmed with your own operators, using Hoctav for video capture.

Does the certificate hold up in an inspection?

Why train the hands-on moves

Validated doesn't mean mastered.

A process can be perfectly validated and still produce variability. The gap almost never comes from the file: it comes from execution. Two operators who weigh, sample or clean differently produce two different results, and that variability is what ends up as a deviation, an OOS or an audit finding.

Production techniques training and quality control training target exactly that point: the move itself. Weighing and material dispensing, non-sterile liquid formulation, behavior in a controlled atmosphere, sampling and incoming material control, equipment qualification — each module isolates one critical move and makes it repeatable.

The four stages of equipment qualification.

Qualifying a piece of equipment is not testing it once. Annex 15 of the GMP describes four successive stages, each demonstrating something different — and each pointless without the one before it.
